Andy, made purchasing a house out of state very easy as we were from South Carolina. We were interested in living in Ft Myers or the surrounding area and he spent several days showing my wife different houses within our budget. He found us the perfect house in Port Charlotte. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and was a wealth of information. He helped us through the entire process. He set up a timeline for everyone that included inspection dates, loan approval, utilities and closing date. Andy also helped us with getting insurance quotes. With us being out of state and not knowing anyone, this was a huge help. He was always there to answer any question I would have and I had several. Andy really did go the extra mile with us and for that I’m extremely grateful. Our closing date was originally set for Christmas Eve day and honestly I thought that was a little aggressive considering the holidays. Andy kept the whole process on track and made sure everything was in order. We closed on Christmas Eve as planned and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.
