The best agent you can find!
It was a pleasure working with Andy at numerous occasions! I purchased my first house in Seattle with him as my agent, and, as a recent immigrant, it was not an easy transaction for me. Thankfully, Andy was there to save the day and made everything run smoothly by really thinking outside the box to make it happen. I didn't hesitate to reach out to him again when it was time to sell and find a second home! He once more went above and beyond to close the transaction on my new home in a bidding war market and selling my current home at the price I wanted. Andy is very knowledgeable, professional, and the best agent you can find, whether you are looking to buy, or sell. Highly, highly recommend!
