Andy took my home i lived in for 28 years even though we had a geological issue some time ago. He saw me through several prospective buyers who did not qualify for insurance or financing . There were also several issues that needed repairing on the home and he took care of them for us, saving us a trip down to florida from north Georgia . From the signing of the sales agreement with him to the signing of the of the closing documents, he was most professional . I might add that Lisa Vaughn was also a great help as she kept me informed of negotiations and progress . Last, but not least , i gave him a number i wanted to take home after all costs etc. were deducted and i got substantially more , meaning he did his research and got me fair value !!! All real estate deals should be this easy .
