I went with Andy initially because after I did some homework, found out the extensive experience that he had in the areas I was searching. Very quickly I found that I had stumbled upon probably the best agent in the region. Andy demonstrated repeatedly that he operates in a legal and ethical way while also working aggressively to get us a great deal. He is highly responsive and on top of your pursuit. I frequently felt like we were his only client currently even though I know that's not the case. We setup viewings through Andy for quite a few houses. He met us at each one and helped us evaluate each for our needs. He is an expert regionally, so he relayed key information and history about neighborhoods and areas to help us make a smart choice. When it came time to make an offer and get on contract, he moved quickly and efficiently through the few back and forth actions we had with the seller. If I could give more stars to this review I would.

We were referred to Andy from our relatives in Clearwater and it was the best decision we made in transitioning from Colorado to Florida.
