I was familiar with Michelle Metcalf as a realtor & when I was ready to put my home up for sale, I found Andy had joined forces with her. Andy had many great ideas. He was very knowledgeable and shared many helpful ideas. When he was doing an open house a potential buyer told Andy it was too bad that his truck wouldn't fit the garage. Andy sized it up, opened the garage door & in it went! I believe they were the ones who bought the house. Andy was very helpful in every aspect and was very approachable. My house sold much faster than I expected. Kudos to both Michelle and Andy. I would highly recommend for either buying or selling your home.

As soon as we had Andy and his partner, Michelle, to our home, we had the greatest confidence in them and their ability to represent our home. We had three offers within the first week. Andy was always willing to the extra step to make sure our house showed well, even stopping by at the last minute to do a small job on the house. Thanks to him, we were able to review the three offers and chose the best one. Without Andy's professionalism, we would have struggled for several weeks. He is the best!

Great service! Returned calls promptly, arrived at appointments on time or early and was a pleasure to do business with. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars was one mistake. He said the gas bill was paid by the utility and it is actually my responsibility. This was no big deal really. Just a disappointment.
