Great service! Returned calls promptly, arrived at appointments on time or early and was a pleasure to do business with. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars was one mistake. He said the gas bill was paid by the utility and it is actually my responsibility. This was no big deal really. Just a disappointment.

We’ve bought and sold numerous properties in our lifetime. Andy is definitely one of the best realtors we’ve had the pleasure of working with, from beginning to end. There wasn’t but a few days when we didn’t hear from one or both Andy and Michelle. Yes, in our case we had two agents, both worked together to get our house ready and sold. His attention to detail was obvious, From having excellent photos taken to an outstanding listing on mls. To top it off A full price offer says it all!

He will do what he says in a timely manner. He is never pushy, in fact he looks for things to improve and is always helpful. He knows the market well. He and Michelle put together a great sales plan. So good, the house sold before it actually listed. I would use Andy again if a need arises.
