Andy Anderson, your RE/MAX Signature professional.
Andy is originally from Appomattox, Virginia, where he attended Appomattox County High school. He played multiple sports and graduated with an Advanced Degree. He grew up with strong values, working on the farms of family and friends. Andy loves the outdoors and nature, which continues today. Upon graduation from high school, Andy was accepted and attended Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. He was active in sports and a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity.
Upon graduating college in 1992, Andy moved to Arizona and worked as a lender for personal, auto and home loans. Due to Andy’s strong commitment to others and calling to serve, Andy joined the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. He worked as a Patrol Deputy prior and as a Detective. Andy had extensive training and accolades during his 20 year law enforcement career.
Andy joined the US Army and rose to the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He worked in multiple disciplines and had several tours overseas. He is highly decorated to include two Bronze Stars retiring in March of 2023 after 34 years of service.
Andy has lived in the area since 1992. He loves this area and believes it is a great place to live as it is safe and has that small-town feel. He started his real estate career in 2018 and sold new homes in Quail Creek until 2023, when he made the switch to resale homes, land and also new construction with RE/MAX Signature. Andy’s strong work ethic and values he learned as a child, in the military and with the Sheriff’s Department are crucial to him. He has always believed that people need to do what is right for them when it comes to selling or purchasing a home. He works with the commitment that it is about the person he is helping and not about him. His goal is to help others find or sell their home knowing that they can trust him and know that he will do everything that he can to help them during and after the process.
