Quick and easy transaction

I met Andy in my old neighborhood in Kendall since he had a great reputation for getting good prices on selling homes within the community. I decided to sell my home with him and he got me about 20k more than what the other homes were selling for. When I was ready to buy again I knew exactly who I needed to call. I was able to experience and collaborate with Andy as both a seller and buyer, and both times he did not let me down. He got me a great deal on my new home ( Jan 2020) and walked me along the entire way. We spoke on almost a daily basis throughout the entire process and he was ALWAYS willing to help. I can recommend him blindly if you want the best bang for your buck. I would never go with another realtor (and I have two in the family lol).
