Andrew has provided excellent real estate advice and service to me and my wife from our first interaction. He helped us purchase our first condo in 2017. This was my second property purchase with Andrew as my agent and just like the first time around, I felt like I was Andrew’s only client. Working with someone like him who responds quickly, is punctual, and communicates clearly makes the home buying experience that much easier. While it took us a few offers to have one accepted, he never let us offer more than what he thought we should and we never felt pressured to make those offers. For the property we did land, Andrew was able to get it for the price we wanted and was able to negotiate with the listing agent and sellers so that they’d take our strong offer and not consider others (which they did receive). Moreover, the property appraised for close to 10k more than what we offered so we also got a great deal thanks to avoiding a bidding war. That being said, he is someone you want in your corner and someone I will continue to trust with my real estate needs. Highly recommend.
