Andrew was the perfect agent for us! We were first-time home buyers, and Andrew masterfully took care of us and helped us navigate the chaotic Bay Area housing market. We were able to land our dream home on only our second(!) offer, courtesy of Andrew being incredibly diligent, working with listing agents proactively, and helping us go through various housing reports to make sure we didn't end up making uninformed decisions. Andrew really cares about getting his clients the right home, not just any home. Our home search took over a year. He was very patient and always brought homes to us that were within our budget. When it was time to buy he turned on major hustle, always having unique angles of approch to make sure that we got the house we wanted. We bid on four homes, three of which we got! Unfortunately we had to walk away from two. He always had a bit of comic relief and consolation when things didn't go the way we had hoped. We really built a relationship with him and are very happy with the exceptional experience Andrew brought to our homes search. Update six months later: Andrew continues to be an amazing resource. He still answers texts and calls immediately, and has continued to provide service long after the transaction is complete.
