His knowledge of the market and of the eventual process, helped the transaction to go smoothly. Andrew was recommended to me by his father, a nurse, when I was rotating as a student at a surgery center. Andrew promptly contacted me, and regularly stayed in contact for almost a year until I graduated and was ready to purchase a home. During that time, he sent me weekly listings that matched my search criteria, and helped schedule home tours that were convenient with my schedule. He went above and beyond to communicate with the seller, and negotiated a great deal. I plan on staying in my new home for a while, but I will certainly be working with Andrew again in the future!
