Andrew was nice until we signed the contract, after that he was rude and misrepresenting of our interests. Andrew stated that he was just a messenger. He didn't explain us ,what is the contingency loan is, saying that its a just a regular loan with 20% percent down. But we were waiting for the closing for extra 3 additional weeks. We didn't feel that he was representing our interests. He was disrespectful during the process of negotiating with the buyers agent. Highly disappointed.
