My husband and I first met Andrew when we were looking for a house in Sun City West, at the time we lived in gardnerville Nevada, we then went on a website for realtors in the Sun City area, we started from the top of the list and calling Realtors because we had no idea of anyone to particularly call, Andrew was the first one to answer his phone My husband and him had quite a conversation my husband explained everything that he was looking for to Andrew and Andrew asked when we were coming because he was more than willing to show us whatever we were looking for, within that week we went to Sun City West Andrew was at our disposal to show us so many houses, we were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help us, We found the house we wanted and Andrew has been by our side the whole time answering his phone whenever we called helping us through the transition of buying a house from out of state, he is a very upstanding man and realtor, very honest and trustworthy.

Andrew Piane, West Valley Realtor, was extremely beneficial, knowledgeable and helpful in our search and purchase of our new home in Sun City West, Arizona. We are totally new to Arizona but knew we wanted to retire here. After blindly calling several realtors we found Andrew's number. He answered his phone, a good sign, and we spoke about the current housing market, what's available and for how much. He quizzed me on what we're looking for and in what price range and what was our time frame. Of course, there were much more details involved but he impressed me with his knowledge of the market, ability to relate to our wants and needs and eagerness to help. We set a time for a meeting on that same day. Andrew is very friendly, a good listener and made himself available whenever we had questions or wanted to view a property. Soon we found a house that we really liked and made an offer. Andrew guided us through the process and advised us on our offer, we felt confident with our bid. Our bid was the sellers second choice. We were beat out by a cash offer - Cash Is King - a learning process. We had to return home but Andrew vowed to keep searching and keep us advised of any promising listings. Soon we had two listings that we liked and selected one. We did the necessary financial requirements for a cash offer and instructed Andrew to make a firm cash offer. Andrew met with the seller's realtor and made a firm cash offer, with a set time limit. The very next day we were the new owners of our house in Sun City West. Andrew completed the sale but didn't stop there. He is still finalizing matters and dealing with repairman and contractors on our behalf and without charge.
