He had an excellent knowledge base regarding properties in our desired area. He helped explain the real estate contract in detail. And also made suggestions which were consistently in our best interest. We ended up purchasing a property in our desired area…and Andrew’s expertise in identifying properties we would like and finally writing up our offer was the main reason why we ended up with the property.

Andrew was consistently swift to answer emails and texts. He keep us in the loop on what was happening even if we were just waiting for someone else to send a document or answer a question. He listed to what we wanted and pursued our plan on our behalf without pushing his own idea/agenda and that was very important to us.

Andrew was excellent! Very responsive, professional and moved quickly on items that needed attention! We will use Andrew again on future transactions as well!
