First of, I have to say “ thank you” thank you so much to my realtor also my friend Andrew. I have known Andrew since he helped me with the loan for my first house. I was very shy I didn’t know if I could get the house that Andrew was a listing agent. But the first time I saw him, he looked at me and he told me this “ I will help you get this house” I believed him. But I was so worried about if my loan was going through, and after a few weeks, Andrew worked with me in every little detail what I needed to get my loan approved and it was easy like that, Andrew helped me get my first house. And about 9th Street house, it was a great purchase for me ever. Andrew again, has helped me. He negotiated for me $50k less than the listing price, while we were in a very hot seller market of 2021. I was expecting to pay full price for it. Andrew closed the purchase for me and the loan in 2 weeks. I couldn’t believe it went through that fast. 9th street house is the best investment I ever made. I will continue to work with Andrew in every Real Estate opportunity in the future.

Andrew helped us with purchasing our Garden Grove home and we had to say it was a great and pleasant experience. Andrew was patient, helpful and very responsive. With his enthusiasm, sharp negotiation skill and knowledge we got our offer accepted. We weren’t the normal financial case so there was a lot of back and forth and many challenges with underwriter. So having someone who’s always keeping us in the loop and giving us the communication we needed was the greatest thing and we couldn’t have asked for more from Andrew.
