As a younger first-time homebuyer with no local family support, I did not realize how vital a solid, all-around realtor was to the process. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the job that Andrew did for me and continues to do. I first met Andrew on a personal level prior to him becoming my realtor, as I was assigned a random agent after inquiring about a home. After a brief conversation with him, I quickly realized my current agent was not the right fit. I was skeptical at first, as any single young female should be, but it was very clear he is passionate and truly wants the best for his clients. He didn’t treat me like just another sale or commission—I was human. He took the time to understand my needs, which made a very stressful process much lighter. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot to learn and thought I knew what I wanted, but I was wrong. Andrew educated me and showed me multiple options and scenarios. When deciding between two similar homes, he had me view both back to back, then revisit the first. I questioned it, but he said, “Just trust me—go back and walk through it again.” He was right. Everything clicked on that second visit—that was the house. During the offer process I was anxious, but Andrew was fully prepared and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and even looked into legal issues in the community, which reassured me he had my best interests at heart. We negotiated back and forth with the seller, and ultimately he secured a price below what I expected. I can’t recommend Andrew enough for anyone buying or selling in Southwest Florida.
