We met Andrew when we were looking for a condo in Punta Gorda. He showed us some properties there but we did not find what we were looking for. However, we went back to NC and later saw a condo on line in Cape Coral which had all the features we were looking for so we called Andrew and he looked at the property and sent us pictures along with his honest assessment. Andrew helped me identified the land I wanted to build my dream home on. First we found the land, negotiated, found defects, renegotiated, closed on the land. Found the right builder and got everything lined up perfectly. During the building process he checked in on the house and worked with the builder who was difficult to work with. Andrew took pictures and videos during the build time and helped arrange an independent inspector who pointed out several issues, we got those corrected and closed on my beautiful dream home!
