Andrew McKinney is an incredible asset to have on your side. We started looking for a home in the Boston area in May 2020 at the height of the COVID boom. Given the market, it took us a year to find a home--we went to countless open houses, and Andrew was indefatigable and indispensable through every moment. It is not an exaggeration to say that we could not have found the place we have now without him. And it is our dream home. We could not be happier. Andrew is the polar opposite of every negative stereotype you might have about real estate agents. Time and again he put our interests first---whether it was about which neighborhoods to prioritize, whether to submit an offer that had a low probability of success, or how high or low to bid. He was impeccably responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts at almost any hour. He never once pressured us into a decision, however small or big. Simply put, he is a brilliant and rare fiduciary that provided spot-on advice and insight. In addition, he has a wealth of contacts and knows real property law having practiced as an attorney. We think it is safe to say that in the Boston area, you could not find a better realtor, and he is worth his weight in gold. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
