Well the leg work was all taken out as Andrew had step by step list of what to do during the process. The process of selling and moving was not a hassle as he provided boxes that were recycled from previous homeowners he assisted, took the worries of anything going wrong in your current home or new home with a 1-year home paid warranty, and different strategies to take when you are going to bid on a home. Additionally, he already had a mortgage broker who he referred us to and we didn't have to worry which mortgage company was going to be reliable. Everything real estate is what Andrew has.
