Andrew was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding our perfect new home. Andrew was always very professional. He really listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to talk us into something just to make a sale. Once we found the home we loved Andrew was with us every step of the way, he was there any time we needed him and was able to answer all my crazy questions. During the buying process we faced several hiccups. The main one was having almost every pipe burst in the basement during the polar vortex causing major damage and renovations. Andrew was on our side the whole time making sure the repairs were done correctly before we signed the final paperwork. Even thought the whole process took about four months longer than we all had planned for Andrew stuck by us the whole time. Finally when the happy day arrived and we got to sign those final papers no one was more happy than we were (and maybe Andrew was just a little bit). I would whole heartedly work with Andrew again. He is not just a wonderful relator but a wonderful person as well. So if you are looking for a down to earth relator who really cares about what is best for his clients than Andrew Lowe is the right person for you.
