Selling my house with Andrew was one of the best experiences ever. I advised him of the pending sale of my house, he prepared me well in advance, came, took a look, made extensive suggestions about useful improvements on the house, and set me up with an inspector, who created an extensive, professional list of all the things that needed to be done. It was priced accurately, so when it went on the market, I got many viewings right away. Throughout the entire process he was timely, courteous, professional, helping me a lot with all the details. He helped me with the process significantly, and made it very simple for me. After the sale, I was even offered a temporary stay for free, until I moved to my new house. No one can ask for better service !
Given that the Subject Townhouse needed significant cleanup and repairs, I think the sale proceeded in a short time (6 months). Indeed the first offer was coincident with the highest offer received but the potential buyers changed their minds due to the need for the above needed repairs. Therefore, in order to ready the unit for showing, it was necessary to replace the original (1998) hot water heater, remediate basement mold and fix a number of smaller problems and the new owners will likely have to replace the roofing within the next 5 years. Given these problems, Andrew was able to obtain a fair and reasonable sales price.
Andrew and the team provided excellent service for our rental property sale. End to end. Was also very accurate on the local market trends, and overall pricing strategy. Found an as-is buyer within 1 day. Best in WV!
Andrew was an excellent realtor, he made the entire process go quite smoothly for the sale of my home and has been fantastic with putting up with the ups and downs my wife and I have had in trying to find another home. He has always done his best to be very responsive, although due to my own fluctuating schedule and his being busy with other clients, there were times when we would miss each other's communications. Overall, his knowledge and expertise made the sale process go very well and the buying process has been as smooth as he could possibly make it. He did his research and made sure to explain everything that was going to happen during the processes so that both my wife and I could understand and not worry about anything.
