Andrew was the consummate professional. Without him we would not have sold our property as quickly and for the asking price! He had the understanding of the labyrinth of Township regulations and requirements we could never have figured out. He helped us find Contractors in the area which were excellent and reasonable to get the property suitable for sale among a thousand other attributes which made the sale process a pleasure and hassle free. He did everything and he is wonderful!

Andy was my buyer's agent in the spring/summer of 2020. I am so grateful I went with Andy! The complexities of real estate regulations in combination with the high-finance realities of buying, selling, and moving, are way over my head and are intimidating to me. But Andy was a reliable resource, always reassuring and taking the extra time to carefully explain everything to me without ever talking down to me. I found out mid-way into the process that Andy actually teaches continuing education classes for real estate agents. In many professions, things change so quickly that practitioners in that profession are required by their states to take continuing education courses in order to keep their licenses. I am a medical director and medical writer/editor in continuing medical education for physicians, so I immediately recognized and respected the fact that because Andy teaches continuing education courses for real estate professionals, that means he is at the absolute top of his game. And indeed, I had ample opportunity to watch Andy in action on my behalf as he interacted with other agents and contractors for the place I was buying. I remember at one point just sitting back while he talked. I gradually realized that Andy was truly in his element working this real estate game. I felt like I was witnessing a man in action who had found his calling. Andy went above and beyond for me in all aspects of buying my new home. He was accessible whenever I needed him. And he helped me to navigate through all the inscrutable inspections, permits, and other tedious and complicated minutia involved in buying and moving into a new home.
