He was always available to answer my questions and clearly possesses a strong network of local contacts that helped move things along efficiently.However, his approach to the property search was more passive than I anticipated. I had to do most of the upfront research to find the home I wanted. If you prefer a real estate agent who takes the lead on scouting and filtering properties, you may find yourself doing a lot of the work. But if you already know what you want or don't mind the research, his communication skills and network make him a reliable asset for managing the rest of the transaction.
