My family relocated to Eugene for my job in 2016, and in 2017, we were ready to purchase a home. Andrew steered us through that process, dealing with our pickiness and eventually finding us a home that we absolutely loved in the FSB area. Work took us elsewhere in 2019 and we again used Andrew to sell the home. After just 18 months in the home, we realized a 21% gain; we would have never been able to do it without Andrew. We have relocated many times, buying and selling numerous homes; Andrew is hands down one of he best agents with whom we have ever worked. He is on the ball, detail oriented, and has been a tremendous resource for us. We are new to Oregon and he spent countless hours showing us the different areas of town, listening to what we did and did not want in a house/area, and guiding us to the perfect place. He has the patience of a saint and the heart of one, too. He has, no doubt, taken many years to develop these relationships with contractors and we are reaping the benefits of his work.
