We have used Andrew's broker services on a number of occasions. I first met Andrew when searching for a condo during my law school years. I purchased my first condo with him and that sale was straight forward and Andrew made it a breeze. Later, after I was married, my husband and I owned a different condo which we had Andrew rent out for us. He always found tenants immediately for us who were very respectful of the place and paid on time at the price point that we requested. When it came time to sell our condo Andrew was an extremely shrewd negotiator and held true to our opinion of how we wanted the sale to go. We continue to use Andrew for our future purchases and sales. His knowledge of the Chicago metro area is unparalleled, and his business acumen is superbly high. He knows minute details about neighborhoods, buildings and other brokers and shares this with his clients. I completely trust him in all real estate decisions, and while a very adept and savvy broker- he is a warm and fantastic human being.

We used Andrew as our buying agent and we could not have been happier. After listening to what my fiancee and I wanted and looking at several places together he really got a sense for what we wanted and was able to adapt his search to be more targeted. I really liked that he never pushed us to go outside of our price range and not once did he pressure us, which made us feel that much better working with him. I could really tell that everything he was doing was to make sure we were happy and getting what we wanted. What we also really liked about Andrew was that when we viewed properties together, he was able to point out all of the little things in a house, such as the materials used or whether a short cut had been made. He was a wealth of knowledge and made us feel much more comfortable that he was able to point out all the things that we might not have noticed and would have found annoying had we bought the place. Also, I know that if it weren't for his negotiating skills, we would not have gotten as great of a deal as we did on our condo. Overall, my fiancee and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism, level of service, and expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent and wants the best. We will definitely be using him in the future when we sell our current place.
