Andrew is fenomenal at what he does best, selling homes. We had such a great experience with Andrew and the services he provided, that it's impossible not to recommend him to others. He's easy to talk to, gives his honest opinion, knows the business inside out, knows people, is professional and will bend backwards to make things happen. Not only did he sell our home in 2 days, he also checked on the house and watered the new sod and plants daily to make sure it didn't die while we were on vacation. And we didn't ask this of him, he did it on his own. You truly get the royal treatment as Andrew's client. Highly recommended.

Andrew is an outstanding agent, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable of the real estate market and building construction. I have used him to purchase three two-flats for rental and to sell one condominium. Each transaction worked out well. I benefited from Andrew's knowledge of buildings which helped in placing offers, and continue to request references for various tradesmen to use on my buildings. Appointments to see units were made by his staff to meet my schedule, comps were provided as needed and his assistance in negotiation was invaluable.

I completely trust him in all real estate decisions, and while a very adept and savvy broker- he is a warm and fantastic human being.

Also, I know that if it weren't for his negotiating skills, we would not have gotten as great of a deal as we did on our condo. Overall, my fiancee and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism, level of service, and expertise.
