Andrew is the complete opposite of the pushy, obnoxious real-estate agent. (Sorry if that characterization offends anyone, but it's a thing. To the contrary, he let me set the pace, think through the decisions I ultimately made and offered moral support and common sense advice along the way. Plus he made himself available at every step of the process -- to handle important issues as well as to calm down my jitters. Finally, it should go without saying (but it won't) that Andrew knows every facet of the real-estate market -- from pricing and financing to availability and desirability to history and trends. And he's a real nice guy.
