Andrew has provided a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to us, going above and beyond our expectations! I met Andrew a few years ago when he was selling another home in our neighborhood, and was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to share his insights. I kept his contact and stayed in touch, and recently hired Andrew to help sell our home. Andrew is very responsive in his communication, and always willing to thoroughly explain things and make sure we are getting the best possible outcome. I was a little hesitant to work with another buyer's agent after my last one gave me the hard sell and didn't seem to listen to what I was telling them I wanted. Working with Andrew, however, has been nothing like that. Despite taking several months to find a home that I liked, Andrew was patient and incredibly responsive - email, text, phone, smoke signals...whatever. Andrew was there to answer my questions and seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted. He took me through close to a dozen houses and on top of pointing out the problems he noticed and listening to what I was interested in, he was respectful to the sellers and their houses. If you are interested in an agent that will be patient and sincerely want to make his clients happy, work with Andrew. He seems to understand that homebuying isn't a race and it is better to have happy customers than trying to rush a sale. Thanks Andrew!

I thought buying a first home was supposed to be a big headache. Andrew made it truly fun and easy. My wife and I met several agents, but decided on Andrew because he seemed the most honest and genuinely motivated to act in our best interests. Having spent many hours with him since then, seeing houses, running numbers, and sipping coffee, I can now confirm without a doubt that Andrew is among the most honest and kindhearted people I've ever met. And I'm not one to exaggerate. He's also very bright, reliable, and communicative. We did our best to test his patience by asking him to drive us around to about 50 houses over the course of 3 months, but he did so with eagerness and enthusiasm every time. He offered us a wealth of local information about real estate in greater Atlanta, procedural operations, potential risks and benefits of our choices, and he provided us with references to lenders and others who provided exceptional service in their own regard. Ultimately, Andrew found us a beautiful home that was below our budget limit but way above our expectations. There's no way we could have navigated the home buying process without him, and we frankly don't have a reason to ever go through another agent again.

Andrew sold our home (condo) in three weeks at a time when I was doubtful we could get the job done in a timely manner at all (2012). Then, as we rented for a few years, Andrew exhibited extreme patience with me and my family as we searched for the perfect home. I'll be frank; I am probably your typical nightmare real estate client. I am all over Zillow and Redfin and quite demanding of my real estate agent. I am extremely picky (It took two years to find my house!) and know exactly what I want. Andrew took all of this in stride and I knew the whole (long) time that he really did care about us and finding us the perfect home. I truly cannot recommend this guy enough. He knows every single part of Atlanta intricately and can give you the inside scoop on every neighborhood. Finally, we found the most amazing home with Andrew. HE found it, he made sure we were smart and when everybody jumped, we are the ones that won in the end...as a team. :) Andrew will always be our friend. Sadly, he will never be our real estate agent again because our home is so perfect, the next time we move, it will be into the ground. I can't ever remember being this happy. Hire this man to help you on your journey. You won't regret it.

Very personable and hardworking! Andrew did the lion's share of the work on selling my unit, as I am out of town. He helped me negotiate a good price and put in favorable terms which would help me move out after the sale. Andrew has many connections which are useful for getting a property ready to go, and has a good eye for staging. I did a mail-away closing and he was very good about coordinating that with the buyer and her attorney. He has been showing me numerous new units for sale since that time, and has been very patient. I definitely owe him a beer! -pt
