Andrew communicated daily, established a timeline and let us know how we were tracking to the timeline. I have worked with Andrew on the sale and purchase of numerous homes throughout the years and while I have worked with a few other agents before, no one has the knowledge, work ethic and, most importantly, takes the initiative to handle the bank, title agent, etc so that everything goes as smooth as possible. I'm sure there may be agents as good as Andrew, but there are none better!
