Florida many years ago and the reason I keep returning to him is while there are plenty of knowledgeable agents out there, I have never found one that truly cares about me as a client and what a prospective new home means for me versus having commission on his mind. Don't get me wrong, as a seller's agent, he's worth every penny too, but as a buyer's agent, I have never found someone who comes close to covering the full spectrum of the buying experience from the right neighborhoods, investment potential, quality of schools, vision for work on a house that may not be exactly what I want Day 1, helping with the mortgage, insurance, appraisal, etc. You name it and Andrew takes ownership of managing every aspect of what is often a stressful, daunting process.
