Andrew did a great job securing my purchase in CM. He got the asking price down to lower than what we were willing to pay and even got a seller credit thrown in towards the middle of the process. He was very prompt and available to open up the house for inspections and having contractors come through during escrow etc. He knows the Costa Mesa and Newport Beach area very well and was able to put a very thorough list of comps together and walked us through the highlights as opposed to just emailing us over long lists. I am very pleased with our new home and I would recommend Andrew to anyone considering a home purchase in this tough buyers market!
