I’ve purchased and sold several homes and my experience with Andy was top notch! She always made sure to make her schedule open for showings, and was extremely responsive to text messages, phone calls, and emails. She was very knowledgeable with the process, and was extremely helpful in reviewing several inspections on homes. The house we purchased went back and forth several times in negotiations and she was able to get us exactly what we were looking for while maintaining a professional tone. In addition, she introduced us to our lender who turned out to be my favorite lender I have ever worked with. She also helped us ensure we hit every step on the process including inspections, appraisals, etc. keeping us on track and ensuring we were completing all the tasks we needed to close on time.
