She's very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure we understood everything. She considered all our needs and wants and showed us multiple properties that fit us. The offer/settlement process was smooth and we could never have made it through without her. She was very effective in communication, knowledgeable about how to get the house we want as well as houses on the market. We had started with a new build but once they started taking way longer than promise she was right by our side asking questions, connecting us to people and still sending us houses since that is what we asked for.
