OMG!͏ It couldn't have been a better experience in any way! Where do I start? Andrea is incredible, and I mean incredible. After struggling with finding a house, I found Andrea! I picked her off of her RE-MAX bio on the RE-MAX website for her office. Her bio just touched me and I knew she was a special person. Well, she was all that and more. After getting to know us, she knew exactly what we needed better than we did, moving from Ohio to Colorado. When I first called her, she dropped everything and took me to see about 18 houses the next day, one of which we made an offer on. She was communicative and then some! I talked to her many times each day and she communicated every step of the way. Every amendment was completed immediately and sent quickly. She mentored the other realtor who was much more junior through some speed bumps to make sure we were not adversely affected by her trying to find her way. When we hit an issue with a boundary dispute, Andrea bird dogged it by calling the other affected owners and helping us both work through the issue until resolution. When it was time for closing, the final bank underwriting took longer than expected, meaning we didn't see a closing statement for the first time until the morning we closed. Our 9:30am closing was in jeopardy and Andrea relentlessly pushed the bank and the title company to "get er done" and they did it! She was truly amazing, attending to every detail. And did I say she is just a down right great person? Well she is! She is ethically perfect, very outgoing and a great negotiator. Andrea and I became friends and she will soon be here drinking wine with us once we get settled! Go Andrea! You are great at what you do!

Andrea worked with us to find the perfect home! She was always available to answer questions and set up showings. We looked at a lot of different homes and she was very patient with us as we tried to figure out where we wanted to live. She comes with a lot of experience and knowledge and is so wonderful, so we felt really lucky to have her working with us.
