Gosh, I can't say enough GREAT things about Andrea. Over the years we have sold 6 homes, she is the BEST realtor we've ever had! Andrea is very professional with great people skills and extremely knowledgeable about realty. She is very detailed and most importantly understands the contract ! You'd be surprised how many realtors don't understand contracts! Andrea is a top rate negotiator and when I was feeling unsure about price, she reassured us we had an excellent product and we just needed a bit of patience. We took her advice and shortly after Andrea secured multiple offers, and in the end we were in a bidding war where we secured 50K over asking with a very clean contract! In addition to all that Andrea helped us with selling furniture we were not taking with us, she had a majority of it sold within one day!! Who does that? In the end, if I could give Andrea 10 stars I would. She's been absolutely terrific, and I think I may have gained a new friend.
