Andrea Seymour is the best real estate professional I have ever work with! Our first meeting she sat with my wife and I to explain all the steps and answered all our questions. She was very open and honest recommending things we could to do to help stage our house to make it more appealing to other buyers. She provided other comps in our neighborhood and put together a pricing strategy to help maximize our profits. Her suggested list price was a bit lower than what I initially thought but she came through and within 3 days she had multiple offers all above list and above my expectations! After all the offers came in Andrea went though each one and helped identify the pros and cons of each, as she pointed out the highest offer is not always the best. Once we had a selected buyer Andrea took care of everything, she followed up with all the parties involved and made sure the whole process stayed on track for closing.
