We couldn’t be happier with everything that Andrea did for us. She went above and beyond with everything, including preparing a three ring binder with all of the information that we needed about the house and all the information regarding the purchase and financing she helped us get much of the extra furniture out of the house and made sure that we understood the smart features Working with Andrea more like working with a friend than a real estate agent. She was concerned about our making the right decision and was incredibly patient. We couldn’t give her a higher or better review. I would definitely recommend Andrea Seymour if you are selling or buying a home. I had a friend pass away in September of 2018 and my daughter and I were responsible of settlement of his estate. My daughter contacted Andrea shortly after his demise and she basically took over, the overwhelming task, the sale of the house. Andrea Seymour is the best real estate professional I have ever work with! Our first meeting she sat with my wife and I to explain all the steps and answered all our questions. She was very open and honest recommending things we could to do to help stage our house to make it more appealing to other buyers. She provided other comps in our neighborhood and put together a pricing strategy to help maximize our profits. Her suggested list price was a bit lower than what I initially thought but she came through and within 3 days she had multiple offers all above list and above my expectations! After all the offers came in Andrea went though each one and helped identify the pros and cons of each, as she pointed out the highest offer is not always the best. Once we had a selected buyer Andrea took care of everything, she followed up with all the parties involved and made sure the whole process stayed on track for closing. She is amazing and very helpful and was always available to show me a home even if i got off later. She was always available to talk to if i had any questions. She was very informative of the areas and she knew my taste after a few places I looked at. I found my home maybe a month or so into looking. She kept in contact through my home buying experience given that it was my first time so she advised me of the Norm in the process.
