Andrea Peters

I hired Andrea Peters to sell a residential lot for me. I purchased a survey from the surveyor she highly recommended. Andrea handled communication with the surveyor and when she received the survey, she sent it out to interested buyers. We ended up getting an offer that was way below asking. The buyers submitted the low offer because the lot size in the survey came back smaller than the size in our listing. Andrea shared with me that she had forwarded the survey without looking at it and did not know the lot was smaller. Andrea went back to the surveyor and this time they sent a survey that was larger than our listing. She forwarded me the survey in an email and then completely disappeared and let an offer expire with zero follow up or updates. Andrea didn’t apologize or take accountability for the mistake till there was a week left in our contract and I told her I’d be going in a different direction. I will never work with Andrea again. It’s hard enough to sell real estate without self-imposing careless errors and then disappearing.
