I would recommend Andrea to everyone! At the time when we started cooperating with Andrea, we were pretty much decided what we want, so she helped us navigating through the process. In our case we have decided for a new house and as a first-time buyer coming from Europe, she did really great job navigating us throughout the whole process. Andrea has been helping us from the beginning with selections, giving tips for resale value, asking questions to the builder/seller about things they forget to mention and finally with the price negotiation. Then as the building process progressed, she helped us during foundation, pre dry-wall and final inspection, pointing on areas we should keep or focus, gave us contacts to good inspectors etc. In the final stage she helps us with closing, explained all the caveats in the closing and post-closing process such as homestead, title insurance etc... The whole buying process was a pleasant experience thanks to Andrea. I would recommend Andrea's services to everyone who's is shooting for perfection while buying their dream home.

Andrea assisted us with the sale of undeveloped property in Mableton. She was diligent in working with a potential developer. She always kept us up to date, she was very timely in responding to our inquiries and was instrumental in setting up our closing remotely while we were out of town for our daughter's wedding.
