Andrea is wonderful to work with and I’m so thankful for her effort to help us. We were interested in searching for a house and reached out to her. After some time, we finally found a house that we loved. She knew the area well and was able to offer valuable information that contributed to important decisions when buying our house. The seller was hard to work with and they were honestly very difficult to talk to. Andrea stepped up to them for us and gave great advice that lead to the seller being very cooperative from that point on. The amount of time and help she provided during this stressful time is something we are extremely grateful for. Now we have a beautiful house and we honestly believe it made the moving process less stressful because of how helpful and patient she was. She truly cares for her clients and her actions show it.

Andrea worked with my husband and I on buying our first house. Honestly, Andrea thought of things I didn't. She literally checked every nook and cranny of every house we looked at to see what was functional and what was not. We had a unique situation that caused an extended period of time needed to close. Andrea was amazing in handling some of the challenges thrown at us even though this was a first for each of us. We also faced several situations as the closing approached with the selling agent and her contractor, again Andrea handled this as though it was the norm even though it was not.
