Andrea is wonderful to work with and I’m so thankful for her effort to help us. We were interested in searching for a house and reached out to her. After some time, we finally found a house that we loved. She knew the area well and was able to offer valuable information that contributed to important decisions when buying our house. The seller was hard to work with and they were honestly very difficult to talk to. Andrea stepped up to them for us and gave great advice that lead to the seller being very cooperative from that point on. The amount of time and help she provided during this stressful time is something we are extremely grateful for. Now we have a beautiful house and we honestly believe it made the moving process less stressful because of how helpful and patient she was. She truly cares for her clients and her actions show it.

Andrea worked with my husband and I on buying our first house. She was so helpful, we did not have family nearby and the houses were flying off the market so we relied on Andreas expertise and advice. We trusted her 1,000% and we ended up with a perfect house for our family. She really cares about about her clients and making sure they are informed and comfortable with everything. She always replied to every text, email and phone call right away. I will be recommending Andrea to everyone!

Honestly, Andrea thought of things I didn't. She literally checked every nook and cranny of every house we looked at to see what was functional and what was not. We had a unique situation that caused an extended period of time needed to close. Andrea was amazing in handling some of the challenges thrown at us even though this was a first for each of us. We also faced several situations as the closing approached with the selling agent and her contractor, again Andrea handled this as though it was the norm even though it was not. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to have helped us with our purchase. I have already begun to recommend her to others!!!
