Andrea is an amazing Realtor, I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home! She took the time "every-time" to explain processes and developments about our sale. She worked very hard for us and would encourage you to meet her. She sold our house in record time as the market slowed down for the holidays and still had several offers within 10 days. Andrea was able to sell our home(a contract on the second day of listing) on a very short time frame required by the buyer. The home needed a new roof because of a hail storm. The contractor I had flaked out on me after waiting near 3 months. Andrea was able to pull in her resources ( the contractors she deals with )and make the whole deal go.
