Andrea was very helpful in the recent sale of our home. We had been in the house for 33 years so obviously not current on marketing techniques or home values. Andrea provided thorough research to help us determine an asking price that helped us sell the house in one week. She also provided realistic timing and sound advice on preparing the house to put on the market. She was very responsive; always quick to respond to our questions and requests. She did a great job explaining various aspects of offers to us and providing options. We did go back and forth a bit on counter offers with the buyer and Andrea kept the process on track and moving forward to a mutually acceptable arrangement. I would recommend Andrea and in fact already have to a neighbor getting ready to list her house.

I first met Andrea when she came to our home to do an appraisal . I should note that I had 3 other Realtors come in too and they all knew I was going to choose one among them. I listened to their reasons for pricing and what they would be doing for the price. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and determined she would do the same job as the others that were going to charge me a lot more. Our house sold for over $400K with absolutely no problems. We sold fast, $32K over asking and the closing and paperwork was done on time. We are "elderly" and were moving to a Senior Community, so it was hard to make this last move. Andrea was very easy to work with. She knew the area market and assisted me in getting a much higher price for my house than I ever expected. Since I’m not very computer savvy, Andrea was very sensitive to my needs and provided paper copies of offers and met with me to go over all the offers and offered her professional insight to assist me with making a very good decision.
