When Andrea first met us and saw the house she instantly made us feel comfortable with her and Lake Country. She certainly wasn’t a YES person and gave us honest answers and or took the time to do the research before making any presentations. That said, what we were selling was unique in the industry as well as the area. Andrea set an ASK price that we already had in our mind. And we got that offer on the 1’st showing. Considering the unique “stand alone ranch style condo” property and rising interest rates we were had concerns of it being on the market too long and constantly lowering our price.
