Its nice to be comfortable when dealing with a realtor. Not feel like you're bothering them 24/7, even though that may be the case. Andrea assisted me in the purchase of a home. I can say that without a doubt I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the market, looking to purchase or sell a property. She is understanding, honest and experienced. She has readily available necessary contacts to accompany your home purchase. Such as inspectors, and those in the construction field. Which absolutely simplifies the whole process. Especially if you are short on availability, which most of us are. I felt really comfortable interacting with Andrea. She didn't have me waiting for her responses on issues, which was nice. I am sure she was dealing with other clients simultaneously, however still valued our working relationship to keep me posted, and consider my concerns. This is not my first property or home buying experience,and I will more than likely work with Andrea again if she is available.

She set up all the viewings whenever we needed them and was even able to add some the day they popped up on the market. We saw probably 50 houses and went through 6 different offers before we completed the process. Andrea made everything very quick and easy and always had a suggestion on how to proceed in our best interest. She was a lot of fun to work with and she coordinated with us, the loan officer, the title company, and the seller's agent to push the closing through even though we didn't get the appraisal back until the absolute last minute! Andrea was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected to help us find our house. We had very specific needs for a house. Andrea was able to consistently schedule them so we can see the houses that we wanted to see and rarely were we able to not see a house that was still on the market that was requested. Andrea and her office works extremely hard and she deserves all the recommendations and accolades because of her dedication and commitment to helping us find a house. She was always positive even when we had a few places fall through because of our offers not getting accepted. I can't recommend Andrea enough to people who are looking for a realtor.
