Andrea was a realtor angel, sent just for me! At age 65 I was faced with buying a house on my own. But Andrea did everything possible to make things easy with much less stress. Its nice to be comfortable when dealing with a realtor. Not feel like you're bothering them 24/7, even though that may be the case. Andrea assisted me in the purchase of a home. I can say that without a doubt I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the market, looking to purchase or sell a property. She is understanding, honest and experienced. She has readily available necessary contacts to accompany your home purchase. Such as inspectors, and those in the construction field. Which absolutely simplifies the whole process. Especially if you are short on availability, which most of us are. I felt really comfortable interacting with Andrea. She didn't have me waiting for her responses on issues, which was nice. I am sure she was dealing with other clients simultaneously, however still valued our working relationship to keep me posted, and consider my concerns.
