I worked with both Andi and her dad through a very difficult transition in my life. I was selling my house in Colorado and moving back to Wisconsin (I lived in Colorado since 2009 but a Wisconsin native). She understood the emotion and past behind selling the house. It was the first house I purchased. I lost my kitty cat Audrey Hepburn in the house and welcomed my new boy (cat) Jimmy Stewart into my life. I also spent some of my last days with my husband before he passed away. He had cancer and we spent as much time as we could together, mostly resting and relaxing in my home (thankfully I could work from home). They understood how much my little house meant to me. They also were open to me contacting them when I had any dumb questions or requests through the whole process. I appreciate the compassion they had through the whole process. Tears happened. I would recommend them for anyone who has to sell their house and need someone who will listen and be supportive of your situation.
