Andi and Jim have helped me but and sell two homes now. Their market expertise is excellent. They also have great insight in helping make the home look great for potential buyers. Their calm nature and dedication help manage the stress during wheat is naturally a very stressful time. We highly recommend!
Working with Andi has been a privilege and a great experience. From the get-go, Andi provided relevant and honest feedback on the selling process. Andi uses the latest technologies, such as virtual staging, to market the sale effectively, while keeping the costs efficient. Andi is flexible and responsive with all parties. We couldn't ask for a better experience!
Andi walked us through all the pieces we didn't understand and explained them in a way that we would understand. She managed to get the house sold in a high interest rate market. We will 100% recommend Andi for any housing needs.
This transaction had some unusual and difficult challenges beyond our control, but Andi stuck with it and remained positive through out and we got it done. I thank her for walking me through the process.
Andi was very helpful and made herself available and approachable. Much appreciated her help in locating some needed services. Thank you Andi!
Andrea is very friendly and helpful. She provided us with contractors to help with getting the property to market and navigated us through dealing with a less than efficient realtor on the other side of the transaction.
I worked with both Andi and her dad through a very difficult transition in my life. I was selling my house in Colorado and moving back to Wisconsin (I lived in Colorado since 2009 but a Wisconsin native). She understood the emotion and past behind selling the house. It was the first house I purchased. I lost my kitty cat Audrey Hepburn in the house and welcomed my new boy (cat) Jimmy Stewart into my life. I also spent some of my last days with my husband before he passed away. He had cancer and we spent as much time as we could together, mostly resting and relaxing in my home (thankfully I could work from home). They understood how much my little house meant to me. They also were open to me contacting them when I had any dumb questions or requests through the whole process. I appreciate the compassion they had through the whole process. Tears happened. I would recommend them for anyone who has to sell their house and need someone who will listen and be supportive of your situation.
Andi knows the market well, provides valuable strategic advice during the sale process and just generally goes above and beyond.
Andi was one of the best agents I have ever worked with! Not only was she knowledgeable about local market conditions, but also about property/land conditions in different areas, which helped inform me of potential issues that I would not have otherwise been aware of as an out of town buyer. She has a keen eye for building qualities, as well as the lack thereof, and often pointed out aspects that could have easily been overlooked in the brief time typically allowed for property showings, making me feel as if she was as dedicated to finding the right property for me as I was. Moreover, Andi often went above and beyond what is normally expected of an agent by willingly accommodating scheduling issues and remaining in communication, even during intrusions on her family time. I highly recommend Andi as a professional real estate agent and will look forward to the opportunity to work with her again on my next property buying/selling endeavor!
Andrea is wonderful and professional. I had lost my husband and needed a new start and she helped to sell my home in Colorado and found me an agent in my new state of North Carolina who was just great too. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me through the process of moving across the country and getting a new start.
