Andi Erpelding and the Erpelding team are amazing realtors to work with. She and the team were instrumental in helping to determine market valuation of six separate properties for an estate that I had to manage. These ranged from vacant lots to mountain residential properties to industrial properties. They continued to support and rapidly complicated sale of four unique properties in this set. During sale they were a fountain of knowledge regarding contractors, and they continue to support those who acquired the one of the properties to optimize use and value of the property. Their professionalism is even more important in that I have managed this from out of state and she saved me many thousands of dollars in travel costs that I would have incurred without such expert help. As just one example of their value added - One of the vacant lots sold for 10 times the estimated value provided by the person who had been managing the property for my mother before she passed!
