She was prompt in returning phone calls.Addresses issues concerning the preparation of the sale of the home, but we were disappointed in that we specified for the other realtors to know that the home is sold as is, that we will not be doing any other things to the home. That was not communicated as she said that she would do. In the outcome because of the neglect to do so. We lost money that we should not have. Honestly is everything.

Andrea was kind, considerate, and patient.She was persistent and diligent. We felt like she became a friend. She made things happen and was amazing. I was overjoyed and pleased with the final outcome without her I wouldn’t be in my dream home in the mountains of PA. Awesome friend and realtor. If you want the job done Andrea is your lady.

After I let Andrea know what I wanted, she kept on top of searching high and low until she found the perfect place for me! I absolutely love it!
