Fluent in Spanish, with over 12 years of experience as a full time, licensed realtor, Andre Gutierrez is the TVRG Homes Mentor Program Director and consistently is one of the team’s top producers. With the majority of his business coming from referrals from past clients, he is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and has the knowledge and skill set to continuously put his clients in the position to achieve the best possible outcome, whether they are buying or selling a home or investment property. Andre is also a past President, and Vice President of the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, is the Program Manager for the Center for Foreclosure Alternatives, (which regularly helps people avoid foreclosure for free), and is also a certified investor specialist. Andre is also a state certified instructor, and regularly teaches educational classes for first time home buyers, sponsored by the Virginia Housing Development Authority. He is extremely passionate about giving back to the community, and education. When he is not working, he spends time with his wife and kids, playing soccer, and working out in the gym.
