Would not recommend. Terrible experience working with her. Terrible negotiations and will not help you on your behalf. On responsive prior to offer stage but once offer is accepted, she doesn’t care about the buyer at all. She sided with the seller agent and would advise you to do things that would close the deal faster but not in your favor. Lots of empty promises initially but nothing carried out after.

As my elderly parents’ health needs grew beyond the expertise of their family’s help, I began to review the many real estate sales brochures that had been sent to their home. The claims of extensive local knowledge, the current housing market in the current economic climate as well as a home’s condition and its impact on the marketplace were essentially the same. I left messages with the different offices / agents to set up an introductory meeting. I stated the location of my parents’ home, the urgency of getting the house on the market and the need to get the best price as possible from this sale. The only call I received in regards to my inquiries was from Anda Margine with Medford Realty. At our first meeting she and her team came prepared with the local home sale information from 2019 that matched the square footage, year of construction, quality of the neighborhood, and current existing condition of my parents’ home. We were able to ascertain from that 1st meeting what their house could sell for on the spot and what the listing price might be if we upgraded this 60 year old home. We even had an approximate idea of the money that would be needed for these repairs. And this information was indeed accurate. Plus, we were lucky to be matched up with a couple, new to the marketplace, but anxious to get settled in to their first home. Despite being under quarantine and the impact of Covid-19 on the marketplace, the sale of the home went smoothly for both the buyer and the seller.
