Anastasia is very resourceful in finding any professionals you may need. This may be contractors, landscaping, roofers, hvac, or even financing. Anastasia is also very responsive when it comes to getting things done. We were able to close on our home early, even after being told by our loan officer it wasn’t a possibility. She’s great at getting a hold of the contacts that are needed, and setting up any appointments or inspections in a timely manner. She takes more of a hands off approach on choosing your future home, which I valued because it’s more important what you want and are looking for. She will work with your schedule, whether it be weekends or evening or earlier mornings. She was also able to get us a $10,000 credit at closing. Highly recommended.
